Pet restrictions:


The keeping of pets in a strata lot is restricted to the following:

(a) a reasonable number of fish or other small aquarium animals;

(b) a reasonable number of small caged mammals;

(c) a maximum of two (2) cats;

(d) one dog.


About the building:


The Prescott is a mixed use building built on the corner of 13th street and Lonsdale Avenue in the heart of Central North Vancouver. The building features 84 residential suites atop the first 4 floors of commercial and retail space, most notably, the new location for the flagship head office of Blue Shore Financial, newly re-branded from the North Shore Credit Union.


The Prescott features 7 distinct floor plans ranging from a Junior suite at 457 square feet up to a 2 bedroom and den suite at 1181 square feet. All suites have balconies ranging in size from 40 square feet to 255 square feet. However, the suites on the 4th level all have larger terraces as they are level with the top of the retail and commercial floors. These terraces range in size from 100 square feet for the Junior suite to 386 square feet for the 2 bedroom and den floor plans.


Wesgroup Properties, the main developer of this project had enlisted the services of 3 design firms to contribute to interior designs. They are the Wesgroup firm itself spearheading the overall development, the award winning firm of Walter Francl Architechture, and AXIOM Builders. Each of these contributors has a long portfolio of successful projects. Ground was broken on February 14, 2012.
