Pet restrictions:
An owner or resident must not keep a pet on a strata lot other than one or more of the following:
(a) a reasonable number of fish or other small aquarium animals;
(b) up to 2 caged birds;
(c) up to two cats.
No dogs are permitted within the building or within any strata lot unless approved in writing by the Strata council. Any owners or residents with dogs residing within their strata lots as of January 29, 2007 must be registered with the Strata Council.
