Pet restrictions:

Unless prior written consent of Council has been given, an Owner, Tenant or Occupant must not keep any pets on a Strata Lot other than one or more of the following:

(a) a reasonable number of fish or other small aquatic animals;

(b) up to one caged birds;

(c) two dogs or two cats or one of each.

An Owner, Tenant, Occupant or Visitor are prohibited from having a ‘vicious dog.’ A ‘vicious dog’ is defined as:

(a) any dog with a known propensity, tendency, or disposition to attack without provocation other domestic animals or humans, or Page 6 of 32

(b) any dog which has bitten another domestic animal or human without provocation, or

(c) a Pit Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Pit bull, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiller.

(d) Any Owner or Tenant having a pet residing in their strata lot as of January 27, 2015, is considered to be grandfathered.

About the building:

This modern design structure features large windows and numerous variations of floor plans within a 20 storey building. A large supermarket occupies the ground floor of this mixed use building and other commercial space is available on the second floor. There are 173 suites ranging from studios to penthouses. Local on Lonsdale includes a public plaza and a one acre landscaped green roof, the largest in North Vancouver. It is centrally located in North Vancouver and has ready access to many amenities nearby.

Local on Lonsdale expresses a modern look using large windows and neutral earth tones on the concrete facings over a concrete construction. Emphasis is placed on a pleasant urban outlook for residents and visitors by providing a one acre rooftop green space.

This project was developed by Anthem Properties Group. They enlisted the service of Rafii Architects Inc. for their expertise in mixed use high rise residential designs. Interiors were conceived by BYU Design (Bob's Your Uncle Design Ltd.). BYU creates designs that are comfortable and functional.
