Pet restrictions:


Only Dog or Cat breeds are designated as pets, to a maximum of two (2) pets in any combination. Council shall require a resident to register their pet(s), name, breed with consideration of any local “vicious breed” restrictions considered by the local Pound Keeper, Animal Control Office or Police in the City of North Vancouver (Section 49 (2) c. Residents may be required to muzzle and harness dogs plus provide proof of municipal registration and documentation about their pet plus any other pertinent information for the strata lot as requested in which it resides, by council decision. Aquariums including exotic pets of any size are not permitted.


About the building:


The Kimpton was designed by Richard Hulbert and developed by DMRC Properties Ltd. Each unit comes with one and sometimes two parking spaces although a car may not always be necessary in this neighbourhood. The ten top-floor suites have private rooftop decks and have flexible spaces that could morph into a small office, a studio, or a small bar. The rest of the roof has a fully sustainable green roof and the building provides a car share program. Other amenities within the building include custom millwork, large gourmet style kitchens with granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances.


The Kimpton was built in 2012 and offers 54 units over 5 levels. Configurations of the units are one and two bedroom versions plus den. Sizes range from just over 600 square feet to nearly 1600 square feet with balconies and glass placement designed to maximize views.
