15 WEST | 150 WEST 15TH

Updated: Jan 26, 2018

Pet restrictions:

The building bylaws do not specify a limit on the number of or type of pets allowed with no restrictions on breeds regarding dogs; but the animal does need to be registered with the strata. Owners are required to provide written notice setting out the name, breed, colour, license number (if required) and the name and telephone number of the owner as well as the strata lot in which the pet will be kept.

About the building:

15 West takes its architectural inspiration from its spectacular surroundings. Its 18 storey structure of steel and glass mirrors the grandeur of the city’s mountain backdrop, while warm, wooden soffits, a natural stone entry feature and a reflecting pond wrap the building in a sophisticated West Coast facade.  The interiors were designed by West Coast interior designer, Scott Trepp, who is known for his luxurious and contemporary design.

Grosvenor acquired the 15 West site in 2013.   Pre-construction marketing began in November 2012 and the project completed in 2014. In addition to the 126 residential units, 15 West also includes 700sqm of retail space.

Key features include:

  • Panoramic harbour views across Burrard Inlet to Vancouver, Stanley Park and Georgia Strait; or dynamic city views of the Lonsdale Corridor; or dramatic mountain vistas of the Lions and the North Shore’s famous ski areas

  • Contemporary building design by award-winning IBI/HB Architects

  • Large view windows and expansive balconies and decks on most homes

  • Green features including hot-water heating from the Lonsdale Energy Corporation, green roofs, low-flow fixtures, water-wise landscaping and energy efficient appliances.
