Pet restrictions:
A resident must not keep a pet on a strata lot other than one or more of the following:
i) a filled fish tank should not exceed 300 lbs, in weight;
ii) a reasonable number of small caged mammals;
iii) up to 2 caged birds;
iv) one dog or one cat.
About the building:
Time is a two-phase project built as Seagate Ventures' second revitalization project for Lower Lonsdale. The first project was Q, located on the same block and constructed three years earlier. Originally, the area was strictly industrial but is rapidly becoming one of the highest density regions in Vancouver. As part of the building permit agreement, the developer was also required to construct a community center known the John Braithwaite Community Recreation Centre.
The site was purchased by Seagate Ventures in 2002 at the cost of $8.4-million.
The Time consists of two high-rise buildings; a 15 storie West building (Time II) and a 13 storie East building (Time I). In between is a three storie townhouse podium which brings the total for the entire development to 265 residential units, and 2 four level underground parking garages.
