Pet restrictions:
An owner, tenant or occupant must not keep any pets on a strata lot other than or more of the following:
(a) reasonable number of fish or other small aquarium animals;
(b) a reasonable number of small caged mammals
(c) up to 2 caged birds
(d) one dog and or two domesticated cats

Cragmont place was initially built by Bosa as a rental apartment and was stratified by the City of North Vancouver on January 7th, 1974. The Strata Plan was filed with the Land Title and Survey Authority on January 31st, 1974. The building consists of 36 units spread over 3 levels of which 3 can be rented at any given time.
