Pet restrictions:
A resident shall not keep pets in any strata lot or on common property other than:
(a) a reasonable number of fish or other small aquarium animals.
(b) a reasonable number of small caged mammals;
(c) two caged budgies, canaries, or other small domestic type caged birds of similar size as a canary or budgie, per strata lot.
(d) One cat or one dog. The maximum weight of all fully mature animals shall not exceed 24 kilograms.
(e) Dogs must be on a leash at all times when on common property and all pets must be under the full control of the owner at all times.
About the building:
The Sky is a 155 strata unit complex, 22 storey concrete highrise in the convenient Lower Lonsdale area. Fantastic views of the Lion''s Gate Bridge, North Shore Mountain, Downtown Vancouver and the harbour. The land was purchased by Seagate Ventures in 2003 at a cost of $9-million. When the project went to market as a pre-sale, every unit was sold even before the site excavation was completed which isn't uncommon these days but was quite the feat in 2003 as Lower Lonsdale was just beginning to see this type of construction.
