About the building:
Q is a mixed use building built on "Site 4" which was purchased in 2000 for $2.3-million by Seagate Ventures. Q was built the following year by Seagate Ventures and Fairmont Pacific Properties. It is also home to the North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce on the retail level.
The building features a number of layouts, all of which are 1 and 2-bedroom suites ranging from 581 square feet to 1,255. Most suites feature either a city, ocean or mountain view and all suites feature a natural gas fireplace and in-suite laundry equipment. There are two penthouse-level suites. Parking for the 75 units are located above ground.
It's important to note that Q does not allow rentals.
