About the building:

One Park Lane was built by Millennium Developments in 2005. It is a concrete building with brick added to much of the exterior for architectural emphasis. One Park Lane features a metal roof. The general contracting was done by Metro-Can Construction Ltd., a company with over 40 years experience in the Vancouver area. Concrete was supplied by La Farge Construction materials and Morrison Hershfield Ltd. consulted on the building envelope. Windows were installed by Allied Windows Ltd. and electrical work was performed by Cairns Electric Ltd.

Units at One Park Lane come in one to three bedrooms and consist of apartments and town-homes which feature open kitchens and large bathrooms, both with granite counter tops. The building is perfectly situated at the end of West 1st; view homes are protected as everything west of Chesterfield is zoned low-rise and to the east there is a small park with the next building, 'Sky' set back on 2nd. With a full time concierge, movie room, meeting room, gym, underground storage and parking One Park Lane should not be overlooked.
