Pet restrictions:
An owner, tenant or occupant must not keep any pets in a strata lot other than one dog, one cat, fish in an aquarium and small caged birds. The council, in their reasonable discretion, may make exceptions. The council may at any time require the removal of any pet which is a nuisance or is causing an annoyance to others, whereupon such pet shall be removed forthwith from the strata lot. The roof top garden is designated for the use and enjoyment of Owners, Residents and their guests and as such animals are strictly prohibited.
About the building:
The Olympic is a 52 unit strata complex with 48 condo units and 4 commercial units. The suites include in-suite laundry and with updates they can be quite stunning. South facing units have 180 degree views of downtown and the harbour. Note that rentals are not allowed.
