Pet restrictions:
A resident or visitor must not keep any pets on a strata lot or common property other than one or more of the following:
(a) a reasonable number of fish or other small aquarium animals;
(b) a reasonable number of small caged mammals;
(c) up to 2 caged birds;
(d) two dogs, two cats or one of each.
About the building:
The Anchor is a new condo development in North Vancouver's Lower Lonsdale community located just one block off of Lonsdale. The project is by BT Investment and Kamcon Construction, with a total of 56 condos. The Anchor was marketed by rareEarth Project Marketing, and units range from Junior 1 Bedrooms to 2 Bedrooms. We sold one of the first post-construction units at the Anchor.
